We will continually update this gallery so you can see the progress as it occurs. Thank you for your prayers as we begin to build! Please continue to pray for safety for the workers, materials to be available quickly and inexpensively, and work to progress. The trusses are up–what a miracle! September 29 was supposed to be rainy, but God answered our prayers and they got hung before it rained! Many thanks to all the workers who have volunteered on this project so far!

We gathered at the church property to thank God for providing the land, to ask His blessing on construction, and to dedicate the building for His service.

May Youth Activity–Cookout and Games at Wilson Park
While Pastor Bill grilled the hot dogs, the kids enjoyed playtime at Wilson Park. They played at the playground. They also enjoyed some competitive basketball, volleyball, and soccer with their dads. All in all a great day!

May Ladies' Bible Study Luncheon
As part of Family Focus Month, Sue Goodfellow gave a devotion on Obedience based on Psalm 91. She used umbrellas to illustrate the protection of God as we willingly obey Him, or \”get under His umbrella.\” We enjoyed a delicious lunch together, as well. We really enjoy fellowship! There is also a picture of the congregation before our luncheon.

May 2011
Special thanks to Dock Hoilman, Cindy, and the teens from Heritage Free Will Baptist Church in Fredericksburg, VA. They worked hard trying to help put up a silt fence at the church property so that when we get our permits, we can begin excavation. But they discovered after a few hours of hard work that there were just too many rocks. They also helped clear a truckload of trash that had been dumped on the lot. Then they presented a youth rally for our kids. We were very blessed to have them.
Thank you so much for your faithful prayers for this ministry! Thank you for your faithful support!
Thank you for your continued prayers for the well permit, and thank you for your donations for the building program!
Pictured Below, the Goodfellows, from Gateway Free Will Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, VA, came in their RV to be our next-door-neighbors for a month. They will be teaching a men’s and women’s Sunday school class, and he will be teaching our Wednesday night.
Easter & Mother’s Day
